If you have provided health information or other special category data to us (as defined Article 9 of the GDPR), we will process it in accordance with the consent you have given when submitting the [Booking Form to us. This will only be use to the extent necessary to provide the services requested (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR).

TIME LIMIT TO RESPOND

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
